Competent and knowledgeable staff, breakfasts were very very good.
The single room was equipped with basic facilities, including an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a study table. The bed was extremely comfy, and the bathroom was lovely.

Fairly clean place with GOOD view of the castle. Great and stunning position very close to the old town which is a beauty to see. Good bathroom in the huge room.

Pleasant place, clean, wonderful value. A great selection of great food. Super and brilliant location just a pleasant stroll away from an Early Christian basilica. Excellent restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Positioned 10 minutes' walk from the train station.

the room was recently renovated, modern with the terrace and balcony, i was pleased. the breakfast had variety of fabulous food and drinks. all of the staff members were helpful and excellent.

Our room was good modern and brand-new with sufficient space. The location was lovely for walking around Buonconsiglio Castle Museum. And the area was pedestrian, short walk to the train station and the centre of town, the pedestrian area of Trento and ten minutes walk to railway station.

The air conditioning machinery is old and very noisy, to the point that it is not possible to use it during sleeping hours.

The room was surprisingly spacious and had a lovely terrace with a view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. The hotel's spa facilities were modern and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
